Make a request to get a Service Membership which allows for remote support, and on-site visit’s to suit your needs. If we can help you remotely we will, when we make a on-site visit we give you up to an hour to find the problem and we will try our best to fix it for no extra cost.. .. :
Service Memberships (ALL INCLUDE: discounted rates, ticketing system, and backup for user files)
Remote Basic – ($400.00CAD yearly) “4x (1/2 hour) Remote Support Appointments max per month”, setup fee = $150.00 for on-site, $60 for drop-off/pickup. Setup fee due at pickup, or when on-site, membership fee due upon approval of service.
Remote Premium – ($550.00CAD yearly) “All the things in Remote Basic” + “Increased Backup Storage Size, 1x Cleanup and Virus/Malware Removal (per year, drop-off only)”, setup fee = $150.00 for on-site at half price of $75.00, or setup fee waived for drop-off/pickup. Setup fee due at pickup or when on-site, membership fee due upon approval of service.
Maintenance Advanced – ($2000.00CAD yearly) “All the things in Remote Premium” + “Two independently stored backups with 2x more usable space, 8x additional (1/2 hour) Remote Support Appointments per month, 3x free on-site visits per year, monthly maintenance tasks for up to 4x Machines (log checking, space clearing, small cleanup)”, setup fee = FREE for on-site or drop-off/pickup, membership fee due upon approval of service.
